Tournament Procedures Wakefield Park Contacts: FCPA: Richard Maple 941-1730, John Boaz 941-6511 CRS: George Lavelle 324-5604 Application: Apply for use in the fall with CRS Storage: Wakefield #1 knaap box behind backstop. Lock box on handle with 3456 key inside. Liner, rake. Wakefield #2,3 knaap box behind backstop of #2. Lock box on handle with 3456 key inside. Liner, rake, hose (connect hose inside restroom). Wakefield #4 knaap box behind backstop. Lock box on handle with 3456 key inside. Liner, rake. Shed are located in the upper parking lot. First right as you enter the park. This shed can be used for the following purposes. To receive lime during the day. Store lawn tractor in during the tournament. Store lime, turface,  tournament supplies, concessions during the tournament. Outfield Fence: CRS will put up fence at Wakefield 2,3,4 on Friday night. CRS will take down the fence after the tournament. Bases/Pitching rubber: FCPA will set bases and pitching rubber to required distance on Friday night. Infield Maintenance: FCPA will drag infield on Friday. User can drag the field during the weekend using a lawn tractor. Restrooms: Restrooms with running water are located on site beside Wakefield #2. There is a community center at the park. Lights: Light box is located on the side of the restroom facing Wakefield #2. Lime: User needs to supply lime. Contact Bob Butterworth 644-6446. Concessions: Concessions can be located on the side of the restrooms facing Wakefield #3. Store concessions overnight in the shed.
