Tournament Procedures South Lakes High School/Langston Hughes Middle School/Terraset Elementary School Contacts: FCPS: Pat Henthorn 715-4518 CRS: George Lavelle 324-5604 Application: Apply for use in the fall with CRS. Coordinate use with FCGSL/Reston Softball. Storage: South Lakes Varsity: Shed is located behind the backstop. Liner rake South Lakes JV: Shed is located behind the backstop. Liner rake Langston Hughes: Box is located by the 3rd base dugout. Liner rake. Terraset: Box is located by the 1st base dugout. Liner rake. Shed: Shed for general tournament support is located behind the SLHS Varsity dugout. Outfield Fence: Fence is available by the JV batting cage for use on the JV field.   The user may need to put it up and take it down. Bases/Pitching rubber: User will need to set bases and pitching rubber to required distance on Friday night. Infield Maintenance: Lawn tractor is available in big shed to drag the fields during the weekend. Training on use of tractor is required. Restrooms: Port a Jon is located by varsity field. Lights: Varsity field light box is down the left field line. Lock box is on the fence. JV field light box is behind the backstop. Lock box is on 1st base dugout. Lime: User needs to supply lime.
