Tournament Procedures Madison High School/Louise Archer Elementary School Contacts: FCPS: Pete Bendord DSA Madison HS 319-2362 CRS: George Lavelle 324-5604 Application: Apply for use in the fall with CRS. Coordinate use with VGSL. Storage: Madison Varsity: Shed is located behind the backstop attached to big shed facing the batting cage. Liner, rake. Madison JV: Shed is located behind the backstop by the fence. Liner, rake, lawn tractor. Louise Archer #1,2: Use Madison JV shed. Do not use knaap box by the batting cage. Outfield Fence: Madison Varsity has a portable fence up. Fence for Madison JV and between Louise Archer fields is located by the Madison JV shed. The user will need to put it up and take it down. Bases/Pitching rubber: User will set bases and pitching rubber to required distance on Friday night. Infield Maintenance: User can use the lawn tractor located in Madison JV shed to drag infield during the weekend. Restrooms: Port a Jon's are located by varsity field and JV field. Lights: Light box is located down the right field line of the Varsity field. The key is in the lock box in the first base dugout. Lime: User needs to supply lime. Contact Bob Butterworth 644-6446. Concessions: Concessions can be located on the hill behind the Louise Archer field by the school. Store concessions overnight in the Madison JV shed.
