Registration Deadline
Due to new Fairfax County field permit requirements, we need a complete form by September 1, 2010.
Late Registrations
FCGSL will accept registrations after September, with payment of a $150 late fee. This fee will be credited towards Spring 2011 games for teams playing FCGSL spring games.

The Application for the current season can be downloaded here. The Application is in Excel format and has three (3) tabs. Please read the first tab, and fill out tabs 2 and 3. Please note deadline dates and requirements for non-Fairfax County teams on page one of the application. Email the registration form to Jim Pendergast at FCGSLJim@aol.com, and mail the form, a copy of your insurance certificate, and a check for the registration fee to the address in the application.
