FCGSL Meeting Minutes EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING MARCH 3, 1999 Meeting convened at 8:10 pm at the Department of Community and Recreation Services Quorum established, Kevin Norris, Jim Collins, Joe Austin, Phil Peck, Tom Chuba,Debi Corbatto, Allison Pilger, Tina Sborz present Kevin opened the meeting with introduction of new Board members Tom Chuba and Debi Corbatto. New Board roster was updated at the meeting. Phil Peck proceeded with the Treasurers report of the proposed League Budget for 1999. Highlights included Kevin Norris Ladder Concept, increase in umpire's fees, budget for tractor, and line item budget discussion. The issue of when to start the Scholastic League was discussed. A proposal was discussed to start the league as early as 28 August. A fee range of $240-$275 was discussed. Various fee structures were discussed to make up projected budget shortfalls. Detailed discussions were tabled until the next Board meeting to be held on April 13. General Meeting to be held on April 20. Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 |
