Meeting Schedule FCGSL holds General Membership Meetings the second Wednesday of each month at 8:00PM. Meetings are held at: Dept. Of Community & Recreation Services 12055 Government Center Parkway, 10th Floor. Fairfax, VA (Across the street from the Fairfax County Government Center.) Note: The General Board meets to vote in November and meets for the presentation of the budget, which is usually in March. All meetings are open to the general public. Team Representatives in “good standing” are eligible to vote in the General Board Meetings.
