Tournament teams already insured need to register with ASA.
Registering with ASA: Teams with ASA Insurance: If your have purchased the ASA insurance through Bollinger, you are already registered with ASA. Teams with non-ASA insurance: Our contract with ASA umpires requires that all teams be registered with ASA. If your team is currently insured and you are not registered with ASA: Teams wishing to Purchase ASA Insurance: If you want to register with ASA and buy insurance from their provider, registering is simple. Click here to download the ASA registration instructions. Registering with FCGSL: The Application for the current season can be downloaded here. The Application is in Excel format and has three (3) tabs. Please read the first tab, and fill out tabs 2 and 3. Please note deadline dates and requirements for non-Fairfax County teams on page one of the application. Email the registration form to Jim Pendergast at FCGSLJim@aol.com, and mail the form, a copy of your insurance certificate, and a check for the registration fee to the address in the application. Registration is required 2 weeks before your first game. If you have problems opening the Excel spreadsheet, please contact Jim Pendergast at FCGSLJim@aol.com and he will send you a PDF version.
