The Application for the Fall 2008 Season can be downloaded here. The Application is in Excel format and has three (3) tabs. Please read the first tab, fill out tabs 2 and 3, and mail it to the address in the application along with your insurance information (see below).

Registering with ASA and getting Insurance:
Bringing a team to play in FCGSL is easy. All you have to do is:
1. Register your players/team with ASA
2. Purchase team insurance with Bollinger or PONY
3. Download and fill out the Registration application
Registering the team with ASA is simple. The easiest thing to do is register the players individually, and they will be registered and insured with ASA, knocking out steps 1 and 2 at once.
Go to the ASA registration site. Create a username and password. Once you log in, fill in the info about your team. Then, click on Edit Play Information and add the individual players to your roster, including thier birthdates. Once your roster has been added, simply click Player Registration and follow the steps. This will create an invoice that should be mailed to the address appearing on the invoice.
Print a copy of the invoice to mail with your Registration Application to the FCGSL Registrar. Within a few weeks, you should receive individual ASA Player Cards that should be given out to your team.
