The Hotline is not a Message Center for League Board Members.

FCGSL Rain Policy
Teams are required to show-up for all scheduled games, UNLESS Games have been officially
postponed by the League OR fields have been closed by the Department of Community &
Recreation Services or the Fairfax County Park Authority.
Failure to show-up for scheduled games will result in a forfeit.
Umpires determine playability of fields at game time and thereafter.
Note: Please remember that thunderstorms in Northern
Virginia are frequently scattered. A downpour in Reston is often only
sprinkles in Vienna and likely NO rain at all in Fairfax. Please do not
assume that rain in one jurisdiction (your home or office) has resulted
in cancelled games in another area.
REFUNDS - FCGSL will make every attempt to have teams play all games for which payment has been recieved. However, occasionally circumstances beyond the control of the teams and FCGSL will preclude this from occurring. If this occurs, the policy of the FCGSL is to not issue refunds.
